We are incredibly grateful to four dedicated Durham University students who are taking on a brutal endurance race to raise funds for our Dementia Day Care Centre.
Their challenge is especially meaningful as they are competing in loving memory of Joshua’s beloved grandmother, who sadly recently passed away after living with dementia. Through their determination and generosity, they hope to honour her memory while helping us continue to provide specialist care, companionship, and support to people living with dementia and their families.
Every mile they complete and every pound they raise will make a real difference to our members, helping us create meaningful experiences, cherished memories, and a safe place for those affected by dementia.
We wish them the very best of luck and thank them for choosing to support our centre during such a difficult time. Their efforts are a wonderful tribute to Joshua’s grandmother and an inspiration to us all.
